Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, pending product availability and payment verification.

Orders are dispatched within 7-10 working days from our warehouse.

COD Orders: Can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Prepaid Orders: Once placed, they cannot be cancelled or modified.

Please double-check all order details before completing checkout, as we cannot make changes afterwards.
Shipping

Coverage: We currently ship only across India.

Shipping Charges: Standard shipping is FREE across India for all orders. Express shipping is at a flat rate of ₹600. Express shipping means your order will be dispatched within 48 working hours as compared to the 3-5 working days that comes with the standard free delivery. And that we will ship it in the Express Shipping option from Delhivery. Date of Delivery depends on your pincode's connectivity, so we can't take responsibility for the exact number of days.

Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days from dispatch (timelines may vary depending on pincode and courier serviceability).

Delays: Orders may face delays during special releases, holiday periods, or sales/promotions.

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Refunds

All standard refunds for returns/cancellations are issued as coupon codes redeemable only on shopsolution.in.

In rare cases (such as unfulfilled orders, courier loss/damage), refunds will be issued to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Net Banking).

Once processed by us, refunds will reflect in your account within 48 hours.
- COD orders can't be refunded, only coupon codes can be claimed.
Lost Packages

We will investigate with the courier, but please note that courier companies assume responsibility once a package is marked delivered.
Final Sale Items

Products marked as Final Sale on their product page are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

Price adjustments will not be made if an item you purchased later goes on discount.

Exchanges
In case of exchanges :

We'll place a reverse pickup for you within 7 days of you reaching out.

Our pick-up agent will pickup your order within 48 hours.

Send the original piece back to us in unused, unwashed condition with tags intact

Once we receive and verify it, we’ll dispatch your new size.

What If It Arrives Damaged?
We inspect every piece like it’s going to our own closet.
But if you receive a piece that’s damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
Email with photos and your order ID to contact@shopsolution.in

Once verified, we’ll process an exchange ASAP — and yes, we’ll cover the shipping

Sample Sale items are final sale — no exchanges or returns
