Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day return and exchange window, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to raise a concern.
Please note: We do not offer direct refunds.
If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, you can reach out to us at care@shopsolution.in or call us at +91 8758801010 to initiate an exchange.
We’ll assist you in the case of damages, sizing issues, or if you received the wrong product. Once approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup and either:

Send you the correct/new item
or

Issue you a coupon code equivalent to the value of your original purchase, usable on your next order.
The course of action will be decided during the conversation based on your specific issue.
Some of our items are marked final sale (non-returnable and non-exchangeable). These are clearly mentioned on the product page. So we strongly request you to check our size guides and product details before placing an order.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Approved returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be exchanged, including:

The fastest way to get what you want is to raise a request for exchange. Once your return is accepted and received, we’ll either:

European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
This allows you to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must still be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
